A. The scrolling bar is a Java script and Microsoft no longer provide this as standard due to legal obligations. You can download the Sun Java update from the following website, http://www.java.com/en/download/download_the_latest.jsp

A. The THW index uses humidity, temperature and wind to calculate an apparent temperature that incorporates the cooling effects of wind on our perception of temperature.
